Ian Baker murdered Michael Davies 25 in 1995 at a fancy dress party. Michael Davies and his friends had repeatedly smoked marijuana at a party at the Dew Drop Inn, Clifton Rise, New Cross. Ian Baker who was attending repeatedly asked them to stop smoking and eventually there was a row during which Michael Davies was stabbed and killed and 4 other people were injured.
In April 1988 he was convicted of the manslaughter of a man who had tried to get into a nightclub for free. He stabbed him and was jailed for 9 years.
